Most people try to rush and explain everything they do in 15 seconds. This DOESN’T WORK! Not only is this overwhelming, but it’s akin to showing all your cards in a game of poker. Effective voicemails provide a warm introduction, leave enough room for curiosity, and provide a reason your lead should call you back. What is the right voicemail to leave personal representatives/prospective sellers?

Apple makes it easy to save and share voicemails. This is excellent for business or scholastic use. Share important messages with coworkers or classmates, or upload them to a computer anyone can access. Just be careful you’re sharing only what you want to.
This is a direct and persuasive way of asking for a follow-up meeting. Your prospect is more likely to agree to discuss their pain points further than if you were to say, "I'd love to talk more about how I can help. Let me know when we can get a call scheduled." The latter is vague and feels like more of a burden than the first request.

(here’s the sure shot) Please call me if you can’t go so I’m able to give the tickets to someone else.” If it was positive first meeting, remind the prospect where you met. Dangle the carrot. Leave just enough information to entice. Ask a provocative or thought provoking question.
So, the greeting I used was: “Hi, this is Luke Skywalker, I am not available right now, please leave a message after the beep. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you”
When your marketing voicemail goes on for too long, you can lose the contact completely. Or, even if they do stick with you through the whole thing, they may lose the main point of why you’re calling. Keeping your voicemail between 20 and 30 seconds is enough time to make your elevator pitch without over-talking.
