Undelivered: Messages that have not yet been sent because you scheduled them for future delivery. You can listen to, re-address, and re-record these messages any time before delivery.

Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS. Check for a carrier-bundle update: Go to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, a message will ask you to update. To check your cellular network connection, try to call someone.
If you're going to call a prospect, you have to leave a message. Regardless of whether the prospect was actively screening calls or simply away from their desk when the phone rang, your number will pop up as a missed call. And if there's no accompanying voicemail? Once done recording, go to the Voicemail greeting to find all the recorded voicemails. Click on the "Play" button beside the name of the voicemail to play it.
