People hate voicemail. Leaving messages, receiving them… With so many other ways to communicate, most of which don’t require you to actually use your voice, voicemail has become anxiety-producing. It’s even worse when you’re talking about a marketing or sales voicemail, too. The recipient usually thinks, “You’re just trying to get money out of me,” and they often hang up before listening to the entire message.
To access your voicemail whilst overseas when using international roaming, ther are two options:

Procedure Log in to 8x8 Admin Console. Click Users. Find the user profile for which you want to edit voicemail settings. Click Pencil icon to the right of the user profile. Go to Voicemail settings. Under External Voicemail Greeting setting, click Change. Select an existing audio file, or click + Create audio files to record or upload a new audio file.

8. "Hi there! As you know, I am out on maternity leave. I won't be checking my emails or listening to my phone messages while I am away. But please feel free to send or leave as many messages as you like." Here's a message for those coworkers that rarely read through notes in their entirety. Hopefully, they'll fill up your voicemail quickly!

The message is not from your phone, this message is from your provider. Please dial 1571 to access your Voicemail menu and listen or erase your messages.
It doesn’t matter what you save to your phone, computer or tablet — everything you keep on your devices should be considered private unless you give someone else permission to look through your files, images and apps.

This ensures understanding and helps the prospect write it down accurately. However, don’t repeat yourself—say the same thing in a different way.

On another phone: Dial your own mobile number, press * or # (depending on your carrier) to bypass your greeting, then enter your voicemail password.
You can customize each greeting for each phone number within your OpenPhone account. In addition, you can change it as often as you need.
So, consider changing your voicemails. Leave behind the typical “give me a call back when you can,” and instead expand on your services and purpose.
