Word it properly, and give enough time to make it coherent and comprehensible. You can also read out what you want to express, as the process helps you in collecting your thoughts and putting them down in words.

You can change your voicemail settings from the Skype for Business Settings page. You can get to the page by using one of the following methods:

Services like slydial allow you to bypass the dial and go straight to voicemail. Simply download the app for iPhone or Android, choose from a basic (free) or premium subscription, and start dialing.
