Instead, close out by saying something to the effect of, “I look forward to speaking with you soon”, or even “Call me at your earliest convenience.” Even though all these examples communicate the same thing, they take different approaches to the call back request, and little things like wording make all the difference.
To access voice mail settings in the new Outlook on the web, select Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Voice mail.
To send to an email address with the message attached, check the box next to Attach new voicemail messages and send via email.
Your voicemail should be very specific. It should be short and urgent. Use word's like "need", "should", "must" , or "have to" to create a sense of urgency. For example, say something like, "We need to discuss..." or "We should talk about..."

A name recording is the most basic way to personalize your voicemail box. It inserts your name into the default unavailable greeting: “The person at mailbox [four-digit voicemail box number] is unavailable. Please leave your message after the tone. When done, hang up or press the pound key.” Dial *98 on your OnSIP-registered phone. Enter your voicemail box number. Enter the PIN/password for your voicemail box. Press 0 for voicemail box options. Note: The text messaging notifications feature is only supported in specific regions and for specific mobile service providers. If you don't see your mobile service provider listed, you won't be able to set up text messaging notifications.
To use Slydial, dial 267-SLYDIAL (267-759-3425). When prompted, enter the US mobile phone number for the person you are trying to call. Once the service connects you, leave your voicemail, and then just hang up.
Not everyone is not going to return your voicemail messages. “Hey [Prospect's Name], this is [Your Name] from [Your Company Name]. I have a question for you. Please call me back at [insert phone number].”
Your voicemail is important. Keep in mind, this is essentially one of the first impressions the hiring manager will have from you. You need to make sure your voicemail is as professional as possible.
