Voicemail may not be as popular today as it once was, but it’s still a useful feature; it lets you receive voice messages when you’re unable to answer the phone.
Tap the voicemail icon in the magicApp navigation bar to setup, customize and listen to your voicemails. Can I change the voicemail or caller id time stamp?

You can change your voicemail settings from the Skype for Business Settings page. You can get to the page by using one of the following methods:

To access voice mail settings in classic Outlook on the web, select Settings > Mail > General > Voice mail.
By default beginning April 2017, voicemail transcription is available for all Phone System in Microsoft 365 users. When you receive a voicemail, the message will be transcribed in the body of the voicemail email you receive in your mailbox. If you do not want to have transcription for your messages, ask your admin to disable it for you.
Before we tackle appropriate voicemail etiquette for outbound messages, let’s first discuss proper etiquette for setting up your own voicemail system. As a professional, make sure you are regularly updating your voicemail greeting with information most relevant to those calling you.
4. “Thanks for calling [your company]. We’re looking forward to speaking with you. Let us call you back as soon as we are available by leaving your name, contact information and the reason for your call. Have a great day.” A simple, concise, and, of course, friendly voicemail greeting for your main business line.
When calling a lead that was generated from a 3rd party vendor, it’s important to let them know how you received their contact information and why you’re calling. This type of lead may have looked at dozens of homes and requested information from as many real estate agents, all in a matter of minutes. The quicker you respond to this type of a lead, the more likely you’ll beat out the competition. Start off on the right foot by putting them at ease with a quick introduction and some facts:
Never use voicemail as a way to avoid speaking with someone. It doesn't help, and a person would have to be terminally dense not to figure out your game. If you must call when you know the other person isn't available, say, "I know you won't be able to take the call now, but I wanted to let you know that..."

Most importantly, have fun with it. If you don't enjoy leaving a voicemail, you might not be in the right job.
Have you noticed how I slowed down towards the end of the message? I spoke slower and clearer. This is because when the person on the other line hears your message, they will be writing down your details before calling you back. Let’s make it easy for them to call you back!
