3. Use a male-to-male headphone cable (that is, one with connectors at both ends) to connect your phone to your computer’s “Line In” jack. That cable shouldn’t run you more than a few bucks. Note that some computers, particularly Macs, only have one audio port that serves as both input and output.
I wish that I’d read this a few years ago. I think that we all have a few voicemails that we wish that we could keep forever, but I lost a few a couple years ago. I think that my current system stores them in a digital messaging system, like you mentioned, so they should be able to be saved. Thanks for the post!

Here are a few sample voice mail greetings to get you started: Standard Voice Mail Greetings. Normal Greeting (Without pager notification) "This is (name) of (company). I'm currently unable to take your call. Please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message, and I will contact you as soon as possible. Thanks."
But it appears I’m not alone. Here’s a portion of one reader’s letter; see whether you relate!

The quicker you respond to this type of a lead, the more likely you’ll beat out the competition. Start off on the right foot by putting them at ease with a quick introduction and some facts:
4. Select “Storage” > “Clear cache” then “Clear data.” Confirm to delete everything for both options.

There is a way to save a voice message on iOS mobile by recording it on Notes or Voice Memos and set them as voicemail greeting. Also, you can share them using SMS, Email, Airdrop, Google Drive, and more, to make a back-up of the recorded voicemail. It isn't delightful when you expect a client call and can't answer it at the moment. You can't get all your phone calls at all times, especially when you are busy with your work. That is why it is important to record voicemails on your iOS device and set it as a response on an incoming call. Therefore, we have listed the steps below on how to capture voicemails on iOS.

1.) A study by AT&T found that five out of every six phone calls go straight to voicemail. Since you’re always more likely than not to get someone’s voicemail, before calling, script out what you want to say. Maybe even practice it out loud once before you dial.

Your voicemail greeting is the message your callers hear when they reach your voicemail. There are two types of voicemail greetings - Busy and No Answer. With social media, blogs, email marketing, and yes…voicemail greetings, businesses have lots of opportunities to make an impression. But it’s important to make the right impression. Callers will make inferences on what you say and how you say it, and you don't always get another chance to make a positive impact. You want prospective customers to leave a message. You want them to get a great first impression of your business. So, you need professional voicemail greetings. Here’s how you get them…
Sound upbeat in your message. When recording, be sure to say your message with a smile on your face. It’s obvious when people aren’t happy in their message. Since your work revolves around keeping happy customers, do your part by keeping a happy-sounding voicemail message.
