2. Set up your voicemail. Press and hold the 1 key or dial 123 on your device dial pad to call and connect to your voicemail. During the first time setup, you may be asked for your password.

3. Click on your phone, then “Scan,” if you’re prompted to confirm what type of data to scan select “Voicemails.”
Any other thoughts? Write your voicemail for optimal message, and socialize the voice mail with your manager or your peers. Next, choose Notes or Voice Memos when you click the "Share" button to save the voicemail on your iOS. You can also select the Messages, Mail, and AirDrop to send an email or SMS with the recorded voicemail attached to it. "If you have to rush to get a message into the amount of time allotted for a voicemail message, you’re saying too much," DeCesare advises. "Say less and slow down. You want them to feel that talking to you will make their lives less stressful. If you're frantic and mumbling on the phone, it gives them a foreshadowing of what it will be like to work with you."
