So, you diligently practice this presentation, yet when you call, all you get is a voicemail. You will have to decide whether to leave a voicemail – it is debatable. Try your own experiment to see what works. I recommend leaving voicemails.

Here are some examples of voicemail greetings for your direct business line that are both personal and professional. Enjoy!
You can set when you would like to send callers to your voicemail. For example, you may want to send all calls to voicemail when you know you’re going to be out of the office and not taking phone calls. 1
Standard greeting with your name: "At the tone, please record your message to [name]."
If you don't create call answering rules, incoming callers will be sent directly to your voice mail when you’re not available.
Thank you for calling [LinkedPhone]. Due to the current pandemic, our team members are working remotely and are available [Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time]. Please leave a message with your name, number, and how we can serve you. We will respond as promptly as possible. Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. 3. At the top of the page to select all messages in the list, check the checkbox. Or to delete a selected few, check the box beside each message.
When you generate a lead from your website, mention how you obtained their information and reference any material they downloaded. Consider the following script when calling a lead who recently visited your website:
Remember, the idea is for prospects to want to talk to you. Your tone can make or break the voicemail. So, remember, you’re not bothering them — you’re enlightening them. If you have a purpose for calling, you’re never going to trouble them.

You will probably have to practice it a few times, until your voice is stronger, louder and clearer. That’s your homework now, in case you haven’t got a Voicemail greeting.
