You can set up and manage your voicemail greetings in the Calling User Portal.
1. Press the fixed key with the envelope graphic, or dial the phone’s phone number.
.
Aaargh, you are thinking, crap I need to say something, ooooh what do I say, think, think… nothing comes to mind, you are not prepared and you hang up.
Now open the Apowersoft Free Audio Recorder’s site and hit Start Recording to launch the record tool.
As you practice and score your sales voicemails, you’ll start to determine some best practices. Write these down, and use them as an outline for future calls. Here are a few of my best practices.
Get your messages by phone or by email anytime, anywhere. With voicemail you can: Have your messages sent to your email inbox. Check your messages using a Touch-Tone phone. Get notified when you have a new message.
With Visual Voicemail, you can see a list of your messages and choose which ones to listen to or delete. Learn how to set up and transfer your existing voicemail. Create a voicemail password, then tap Done. Enter your password again to confirm it, then tap Done. Select Custom or Default. If you choose Custom, you can record a new greeting. Go to the Phone app, then tap the Voicemail tab. Tap Set Up Now. Enter your password,* then tap done. Record a custom greeting or use the default greeting, then tap Save.
4. Select “Storage” > “Clear cache” then “Clear data.” Confirm to delete everything for both options.
5. "Hello, [Person's name] is chasing new adventures and is no longer with [Company name]. Please forward all future requests to [New or interim person's name] at [phone number]. Thank you!"
Logging in from anywhere: From any phone connected to the voice mail system, dial 5000, then enter your extension and password.
