By default beginning April 2017, voicemail transcription is available for all Phone System in Microsoft 365 users. When you receive a voicemail, the message will be transcribed in the body of the voicemail email you receive in your mailbox. If you do not want to have transcription for your messages, ask your admin to disable it for you.
Now listen carefully to the voicemail menu, looking out for the delete or re-record option. Each carrier will have a different process, so make sure you pay attention. If you can’t seem to locate the options, you can try the following for common carriers: For Verizon, use *P For T-Mobile, use #, followed by 3P For Sprint, use * or #, then punch in 3P For AT&T, use *P Step 3: Delete or Re-record

On the app, click on the "Sound" icon at the lower left part of the tool and select "Microphone." Then, open your voicemail service on your phone and play the voice message. The online audio recorder then clicks the "Record" button on the audio recorder while the voicemail is playing.
