Congratulations! You've recorded a professional voicemail greeting that your callers love. If you want them to keep loving it, you'll need to update regularly. Adding seasonal information and varying your message keeps your greetings fresh, which is especially important for businesses whose clients and customers call in on a regular basis.

Leave a voicemail by using your normal tone of voice and keeping your message short, between 20-30 seconds. Start the voicemail with information that's relevant to the contact and ask questions that are tailored to them.
And also don’t forget to write down your message just in case you get too anxious and forget to say your name at the end of the message.

5. US Cellular: Dial *86 (*VM) from your US Cellular device, then press “Call.” This command will dial you into the voicemail system’s main menu. Press “3” to access the Greetings menu.
6. Navigate to File -> Export Audio and save your voicemail on your computer as an .MP3. You should now be able to open the recorded voicemail in software like iTunes or Windows Media Player.
