3. At the top of the page to select all messages in the list, check the checkbox. Or to delete a selected few, check the box beside each message.

Recording name Press the Message key. Enter your password, followed by the # key. Press 0 for Mailbox Options. Press 3 to record your name. Record the name after the tone and press pound. To keep the message, press 1 to accept the message. If not satisfied, press 3 to re-record and repeat steps 5 and 6.

Here is an example of how to leave a Voicemail message for the property agent called Han Solo:

Uploading an Audio file Select By Uploading an Audio file. Give the file a name. Optional: Leave a note for yourself to tell what the file is for. Click the musical note and browse your computer to find the correct audio file, or drag and drop an audio file onto the screen. Click Save. Click Select on the audio file you would like to use. Click Save to update the changes.
At the beginning of the show, I used an example of a voicemail greeting – I used the name Luke Skywalker. He is a character from the Star Wars movie for those of you who hadn’t heard of Luke Skywalker before.

If your voicemails and emails are exactly the same, you lessen your chances of getting a response to either. So make them different by reserving certain questions for voicemail instead of email.
