No…..,mailbox full, means mailbox is full. The person has decided not to check or between deletions, her voice calls /voicemails have become full again.. You have to remember some voice boxes are small and only can hold three voicemails, irregardless, no, you are not blocked. Open your device’s Phone app . At the top right, tap More . Tap Settings. Voicemail. You can: Change what handles your voicemails: Tap Advanced Service. Set up your voice mailbox: Tap Advanced Setup. Change your notification settings: Tap Notifications. How many messages until voicemail is full?
Nondeliverable: Messages that could not be delivered, usually because the intended recipient's mailbox is full. You can listen to, re-address, and re-record these messages.

Recently one of my students asked a great question about voicemail in English and I thought that you might have the same question as well.
“Thank you for calling [company/person’s name]. We are currently unavailable, but if you leave your name, phone number, and message, we will get back to you as soon as possible.”
What you do not want to do is say your phone number so quickly that the person has to listen to your voicemail multiple times to try and figure out your phone number. We have all gotten those annoying voicemail messages where the person said their phone number so quickly that we had to listen to their message several times to figure out their phone number. Don't be that jerk who leaves their phone number so fast that the other person has to listen to your message over and over to try and figure out what your phone number is.
Aaargh, you are thinking, crap I need to say something, ooooh what do I say, think, think… nothing comes to mind, you are not prepared and you hang up.

It's never been more important for salespeople to be good at leaving voicemails. Not only that, but voicemail can — and should — be measured, coached, and improved. First, let's review general voicemail etiquette. Keep your greeting up-to-date. Let callers know when they can anticipate a response. Share your name and company affiliation. State the intention of your message. Include your contact information at the beginning and end of the message. Be concise. Share your availability.
