Because you never know the quality of someone’s phone audio or your cell phone service, it's not a bad idea to give your name and phone number twice within your message. The thought being, if the person you called can’t understand who you are or how to call you back, how can they be expected to return your call?
Through personal experience and research, I’ve been able to identify the most effective script—along with the keys to implementing it—so you generate an incredible response every time.

“Keep your voicemail messages short, sweet, and snappy," advises Will Craig, Managing Director of LeaseFetcher. "Don’t try and go into the nitty gritty details of the discussion you’d like to have with them—save that for your actual chat.
