Find out WHY a professional voicemail greeting is so important: Why You Must Have a Professional Voicemail Greeting. Hello, thanks for calling (name), I’m unable to answer your call at the moment. Please leave a message and I’ll return your call as soon as possible. Thank you.
As I mentioned earlier, this won’t be the last voicemail you leave so get creative with future messages. The next day you could leave a voicemail similar to the following:

In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting. Tap Record a greeting. Tap Record . Record your greeting and when you’re done, tap Stop . Choose what you want to do with the recording: To listen to the recording, tap Play . To replace the recording, tap Redo. To save the recording, tap Save. Enter a name for the new greeting and tap Save.

A great follow-up voicemail is a thing of beauty. Incorporate a few of these tips into your daily phone calls, and see the benefits as your phone starts to ring back a little more often.
