Choose your busy greeting from the drop-down menu next to If busy use greeting from: System—This plays the system default greeting. Personal—If this option is selected, choose the file to upload.
If your voicemails and emails are exactly the same, you lessen your chances of getting a response to either. So make them different by reserving certain questions for voicemail instead of email.

A sales voicemail can't do too much for you if there's no room for any sort of progression. If you just give an explanation of your offering's benefits without establishing what that prospect should do or can expect next, you might close the door on a sale — straight off the bat.
“Good morning. You’ve reached the voicemail of [your name]. Today is [date]. Please leave me a message with your name and contact information. Oh, and here’s my motivational quote of the day: [read quote].”
Reading from a note will help you say what you want without any hiccups or interruptions. Call the person and keep your notes in hand. Once you’re in recording mode, read out from the note to sound as professional as possible.
8. “Thanks for calling [your name] at [your company]. I didn’t mean to send you to voicemail but I am either on the line with another client or on the go. Leave your name, number, the reason for your call today and the best time to call you back. I’ll speak with you shortly! ” Your caller probably wanted to reach you, not your voicemail. Advise your caller that you’re simply on the line with another caller and you’ll be right with them.
3. "Hey, this is [your name]. If you're calling for [X reason], please [contact so-and-so] or [go to our website, send me an email]. For all other inquiries, leave your name and a brief message and I'll call you back within [one, two, three] business day[s].

Might sound a bit alarming but consider the number of times you’ve tried to leave a voicemail only to hear “this voicemail box is full”. Even if you can leave a message, a millennial may never listen to it. After you’ve made the call, whether you were able to leave a voicemail or not, follow up with a text message to get their attention and hopefully a response.

This ensures understanding and helps the prospect write it down accurately. However, don’t repeat yourself—say the same thing in a different way.
There is a possible chance that your WiFi is the reason that you are unable to set up your greetings for voicemail. Many users solved their problem by changing their network from WiFi to Cellular data. Your carrier provides the cellular data and that can be a better choice for voicemail settings.
8. Let Your Callers Know What To Tell You. This tip is more for you than your callers. It’s particularly helpful if you need more information than the standard name and phone number.
