There are layers of menus, and their options are described as you progress through each activity. The first layer is called the Activity Menu. To send to an email address with the message attached, check the box next to Attach new voicemail messages and send via email.
However, keep in mind that your prospects might be faced with a lot more distractions at the beginning of the day. This is a tactic we picked up from Jeff Hoffman and it works because it makes you more memorable and makes your messages seem genuine and less rehearsed. Give it a try and see if it will work for you too!
In those cases, you might like to save that voicemail somewhere other than your phone for safekeeping or sharing.
State the purpose of your call. In as few words as possible, state why you’re calling. Is it in regards to an interview appointment? Are you following up on a previous meeting?
It doesn’t matter what you save to your phone, computer or tablet — everything you keep on your devices should be considered private unless you give someone else permission to look through your files, images and apps.
