On your main screen of the phone, you can swap down the notification bar and tap on the Airplane Mode option. Once it is ON all the connectivity to your phone will be turned off. You can wait for 30 seconds and then turn it back OFF by using the same method. This option can vary depending on the device you are using. For some devices, you need to go to settings or use the power button on the phone to get to Airplane Mode. After applying this method, you can now try updating or setting up the voicemail greeting on your phone.

There are high quality picture frames and small, less expensive ones that probably don’t have a lot of memory or ways to protect what’s been recorded. I would start with the manufacturer to see if they have any ideas. If they can’t help, try one of the recording suggestions we made in the post to see if they might be able to help. Even some Walgreens and Walmart have recording services, that preserve recordings, so they might also be able to help.
