To delete an email stuck in Outbox, first go to the Send/Receive tab and click Work Offline. This will prevent Outlook from sending email messages that are currently in the Outbox folder. After that switch to Outbox, right-click the message and select Delete. What does outgoing and incoming call mean?

If after 2 solid phone/voicemail/email attempts (which counts as 6 touches, not including any drip emails or LinkedIn messages/connection requests that they may have gotten in between calls 1 and 2) I’ll leave a 3rd voicemail message (followed by an email, of course) that simply says something along the lines of:

With notifications, you're alerted when you miss a call or receive a voice mail message. You can decide how and when you want to be alerted. For example, you can receive an email when you miss a call or get a text message when someone leaves a voice mail. By default, you'll receive an email anytime you miss a call, but text messaging notifications are turned off.
“Hello! You've reached the voicemail of [your name], [your job title]. I'm currently either away from my desk or on the other line. Please leave your name, telephone number, and a short message after the beep, and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as I'm available.”
Is it for someone you have not met before OR is it your friend? I think it’s easier when it’s your friend haha You can just say: Hey, man. It’s me. Call me back. Simple.
On another phone: Dial your own mobile number, press * or # (depending on your carrier) to bypass your greeting, then enter your voicemail password.
8. Select a standard greeting, or create a custom one. You will usually be given the choice to either select a standard greeting or record a custom one.

For example, instead of saying, “Hi, I was wondering if you’re looking for different web hosting,” you could personalize it by saying, “Hi [name]. I wanted to pick your brain about the web host [company name] is currently using. What are the challenges or successes you’ve had with it?”
Examples for External Voicemail Greetings. Hello, you have reached Margaret Smith; XYZ company’s sales manager. You call is valuable for us, but I cannot answer the phone at this moment. You are requested to leave your message here after the tone. Hi, this is Margaret Smith; XYZ company’s sales manager.
The first time you tap Voicemail, you’re asked to create a voicemail password and record your voicemail greeting.
If you can, try to mention a tangible benefit the prospect can gain by working with you. Whether you quickly state understanding of a challenge they are facing (that you learned of during the research phase) or can share a brief statistic related to an area of interest for them.
