When you want to use your original greeting, delete your temporary greeting. To do this: Press the Message Key. Enter your password, followed by the # key. Press 0 for Mailbox Options. Press 4 to record your Temporary greeting. Press 2 to delete your Temporary Greeting. Hang up. Press the Message key. Enter your password, followed by the # key. Press 1 to listen to new messages. Follow the prompts to save, delete, etc.

Make the last thing you say be your phone number. This ensures it's clearly visible on voicemail dictation, and makes it easy for prospects to call back. Avoid phrases like "Call me back when you get this," which can sound pushy. And, finally, tell them you'll follow up with an email. This gives the prospect two ways to return your call, which certainly can't hurt.
4. Reset your pin. Maybe you have forgotten your pin or passcode or you never set it up in the first place. This is a common issue. Most carriers have detailed instructions for changing passcodes. For example, to change a T-Mobile passcode, hold down the "1" key, then press the star key, and then press number 5 to go into passcode security.
