To access voice mail settings in classic Outlook on the web, select Settings > Mail > General > Voice mail.
You can also go to Settings → Phone → and make sure you see Change Voicemail Password.
You may be able to delete or re-record your message by staying on the line even after you have recorded your voicemail.
Choose your busy greeting from the drop-down menu next to If busy use greeting from: System—This plays the system default greeting. Personal—If this option is selected, choose the file to upload.
