To ensure that you keep customers happy and present a professional image, make your auto-attendant easy to navigate. We’ve compiled some sample call center greeting scripts that can be used in different situations, whether your company has a small customer support team or a massive call center with hundreds of people.
The easiest way to listen to your voicemail is to call your mailbox. Either dial your mobile number from your phone or use quick-dial access:

The length of your voicemail plays a big role in its efficacy. Try to keep the length of your voicemail between 15- 30 seconds. Anything more and you will be rambling, anything less, and you’re probably not checking one of the three boxes above as effectively as you need to.

This scenario piques your prospect's interest by teasing information. But it's only effective when your prospect actually cares about the info. If you say, "Next time we talk, I'd love to tell you more about our latest award for customer satisfaction," they probably (read: definitely) won't care.
The next step is very important and you need to get it right. Say your phone number two times very slowly so the person has enough time to write down your number as they are listening to your message the first time.

With notifications, you're alerted when you miss a call or receive a voice mail message. You can decide how and when you want to be alerted. For example, you can receive an email when you miss a call or get a text message when someone leaves a voice mail. By default, you'll receive an email anytime you miss a call, but text messaging notifications are turned off.

You also don't want to confuse them with too much technical jargon and complex vocab. Keep things on the lighter side and approach your voicemails conversationally.
I believe honesty and creativity is the key. Understand that in order to increase your callbacks, you need to pique the prospect’s interest without raising doubts or fear.
