Nobody wants to play phone tag. Skip the back and forth by explicitly telling the caller to leave their name, number, and the best day(s) and time(s) to reach them. Your clients will appreciate you not wanting to waste their time.
Please leave your name and telephone number after the beep. Thank you for calling. You have reached the office of James Bucki. I can’t take your call right now, but if you leave me a message after the tone, I will return your call as soon as I can.

We know your time is valuable so instead of placing you on hold, let us call you back!
