You can allow callers to press 0 and be transferred to another phone number, of your choosing, when they reach your voicemail greeting.
However, keep in mind that your prospects might be faced with a lot more distractions at the beginning of the day. "The morning is the worst time to orchestrate a voicemail," says Zachary Weiner, CEO of Emerging Insider Communications. "Most decision makers have a lot on their plate when the day starts. Finding them when they have a bit more mind-share is often more conducive to a positive reply."

However, it’s awkward to just jump in without any context, so a very quick introduction followed by your question is the best option: Hi Erica, this is Ryan at Company X.

In the video lesson, I shared this example for a common voicemail greeting in English:
12. “Hello, you’ve reached the Customer Support department at [company name]. We are unable to take your call at the moment. We know your time is valuable so instead of placing you on hold, let us call you back! Please leave your name, phone number, the reason for your call, and two different times that are convenient for you to receive a call back from us. Thank you!” Get a better idea of your caller’s schedule by asking them for a few different times you can call back. Their time is important, too!
To create a greater sense of authority, and that you are somebody important, list the name of a person and company who you've worked with before, especially if that person and company is a direct competitor of the person you are calling. Nothing grabs the interest of the person you are calling faster than hearing the name of their main competitor.
Ive been saving my grandmothers voicemails for almost 8 years now and when i went to upgrade my phone, i almost fainted when the rep told me they were going to be erased. Thanksfully he put us in touch with a company called http://www.voicemailsforever.com and they ended up much cheaper than the one you suggested above. i think your readers would benefit because they do it for so much less.
(Follow-up call = you’ve spoken before, made some progress through the sales process and a follow-up call was required)
We might also say, “…when I can’t get to my phone” which suggests that it’s not possible for you to check or answer your phone.
So, make sure you are able to answer the phone and follow up with your leads and clients efficiently. Plus, make sure your outgoing voicemail message is warm and welcoming. That way, the caller will leave a voicemail and you can return it as soon as you can.
You can also go to Settings → Phone → and make sure you see Change Voicemail Password.
5. Use voicemail on a computer. Download messages to a computer. If you're the Primary Account Holder, you can save your messages from your My-T-Mobile account.
Remember that we can hear a smile in another person's voice, just as we can discern whether that individual is completely present and focused. Smart phones have the ability to record. Smart people take advantage of this tool and record themselves before leaving a message. And yes, it takes time. Precious time.
Need your voicemail recording as soon as possible? Depending on the complexity of your job, you can receive your final audio files in as little as one day.
