Setting up Voicemail is easy, simply call 321 from your mobile and follow the prompts. Once the setup is complete, 321 will also be the number you'll need to call to access your Voicemail.
So what's the point? Should salespeople even bother with voicemails? Absolutely, and here's why.
.
1. Select the fixed key with the envelope graphic, or dial the phone’s phone number.
1. Call your number. It's that simple. Use any landline or cell phone to dial your mobile or landline number. Dial the full number. Make sure someone doesn't actually answer the phone you are calling when it rings, though. Make sure you dial the area code with the number.
So, make your goal to find common ground, and share how knowledgeable and experienced you are, no matter who you are calling. You shouldn’t brag about your success, but there is a time and place for others to know your success. That is the key to leaving voicemail messages that get returned!
Some people found success in fixing their voicemail woes when they temporarily disabled
If someone is listening to your voicemail greeting it's only because they intend to leave you a message. Don't make them listen to 3 minutes of rambling in order to do so. Plus, you're more likely to deliver a clean, professional read if you stick to shorter greetings. If more specific information is needed, direct callers to where they can find it on your website.
If you only remember one thing from this article, remember that your sales voicemails need to be centered on your prospect. What's in it for them? Answer that question and you'll undoubtedly see your response rate rise. Happy messaging!

4.) Keep your voicemail message to two points. If you need to share more information, then say in your voicemail that you’re going to send the person an e-mail message with the rest of the details. “… I’m calling to share that we have finalized the … and lastly, that we know you’d like to meet at 9:00 AM as we discussed. However, is Tuesday or Wednesday better for your team’s schedule? ….”
Recently one of my students asked a great question about voicemail in English and I thought that you might have the same question as well.
This is why it's important to lead with something relevant to the prospect, such as a thought-provoking question.
