When you leave a voicemail do not use your full name because that immediately raises a red flat that you are a salesperson making a cold call. The first time you tap Voicemail, you’re asked to create a voicemail password and record your voicemail greeting.
If you are using a IP 400 series desk phone, press the Voicemail function key. If you are using a Cisco 7900 series desk phone, press the "Messages" button (envelope icon). If you are calling from a phone other than your own desk phone, dial your own phone number and press the * key when you hear the voicemail greeting.
Here are a few sample voice mail greetings to get you started: Standard Voice Mail Greetings. Normal Greeting (Without pager notification) "This is (name) of (company). Avoid sales speak and buzzwords. It’s okay if your prospect knows you're a sales rep. Qualified prospects don’t mind hearing from sales reps. They just want to speak to reps that are helpful, knowledgeable, and possess integrity.
You probably touched on this at the end of your last conversation, but if you haven't heard from your prospect in a while, this can be a useful strategy for getting back on their radar.

That being said, you want to stop short of coming off as aggressive. Remember to keep your tone conversational, and try not to badger prospects with too many voicemails. There's a middle ground between being pushy and being a pushover — try to strike that balance.
