Tap the Phone app to launch it. Tap Voicemail in the lower-right corner of the screen.Find the voicemail you want to delete. Tap Delete (or, on some versions of the iOS, the trash can icon) to remove the voicemail.
4. Reset your pin. Maybe you have forgotten your pin or passcode or you never set it up in the first place. This is a common issue. Most carriers have detailed instructions for changing passcodes. For example, to change a T-Mobile passcode, hold down the "1" key, then press the star key, and then press number 5 to go into passcode security. Then press 1, and you will be able to change your passcode. You can change your Sprint passcode online by choosing the my preferences tab and then the "things I can manage online" section. 19. “Hi, you’ve reached [your name] at [X company]. We are sorry but our office is closed until [date]. Please leave us your name and phone number and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Enjoy [holiday] and thanks for calling [company name]! If you do happen to be open the holiday season, it’s important to provide holiday hours. Especially if your hours vary from your regular hours.
On the "Voicemail greeting" tab, click on the "Record a greeting" button to record the voicemail greetings. A voicemail's time is approximately is around 10 seconds, wait for it to finish. Once done recording, click on the "Stop" button at the center of the recording tab to end it.
