Play on phone enables you to play your voice mail messages over a telephone using the phone number you specify.
“Just turn it off and back on again.” You may have heard this as a joke, but it’s actually advantageous to regularly reboot your devices.
Once the voicemail is done, click the "Stop" button at the bottom part of the tool. You can find the recorded audio by clicking the three parallel bars at the right bottom of the recorder. From there, select the recording track and click the "Play" button to listen to the recorded voicemail. You can also click the "Folder" icon at the rightmost part of the Recording List section to open its output folder.
When do you leave a voicemail? This is largely dependent on your call sequence and cadence. It is recommended that you make several call attempts in order to engage the prospect on a “live call.” After you have done this and your attempts have not been fruitful, then you leave a voicemail.

5. “Hi, you’ve reached [company name]. We can’t take your call right now but we will call you back as soon as we’re available. Please leave your name, number and reason for your call. We know your time is precious, so to skip the back and forth, kindly leave a few different times of day that work best with your schedule and we will do our best to reach you then! Have a great day.” This greeting lets your caller know that not only your time is precious, but you realize theirs is as well.
What you do not want to do is say your phone number so quickly that the person has to listen to your voicemail multiple times to try and figure out your phone number. We have all gotten those annoying voicemail messages where the person said their phone number so quickly that we had to listen to their message several times to figure out their phone number. Don't be that jerk who leaves their phone number so fast that the other person has to listen to your message over and over to try and figure out what your phone number is.
What’s more annoying than being unprepared? Doing business with someone who is. In other words, don’t wing it — practice your script, speaking slowly and annunciating each word.
When people listen to voicemails, they’re listening to more than just the words you say; tonality and inflection play a big role in how your message will be received.
