Honestly this is just common sense if you stop thinking about yourself for a second and instead consider what it is like when you call someone expecting to talk to a person, and instead get put through to a machine. It takes a little time to change gears, mentally identify the key points and compose a message. lucabrasi Aug. 2, 2014 12:55 pm JST

Make sure your sales voicemails convey the hard results customers see more than they relay how those results are achieved. Your first priority is grabbing your prospect's attention — you can dig into the nitty-gritty aspects of a sale as your relationship progresses.
Here are a few voicemail message examples you can record if you have the opportunity to leave a professional sounding message, while still having a bit of fun. Before choosing one of these options, be sure your company allows for a little creativity. If you work in a strict professional position, theses options might not be the best for you.
In the video lesson, I shared this example for a common voicemail greeting in English:
Hi, this is Lauren Jones. I’m not able to get to the phone right now but please leave a message and I’ll call you back as soon as I can. Thank you.
Make sure your speech is both air-tight and thoughtful. That doesn't mean you have to rush, but it does mean you have to know your point and get to it quickly.
Have you ever called a company’s support line just to be confronted with an unsympathetic and confusing attendant menu? Or tried to reach a representative, but pressing the “0” key does nothing?
Android phones can access voicemail by holding down the 1 key on the dial pad until the phone dials your 10-digit phone number. You will automatically connect to your mailbox and be prompted to enter your temporary password; this password is the last 4 digits of your phone number followed by the # key. How do I check my voice mail? To call your voicemail on an Android phone, simply open your phone’s dial pad and hold your finger down on the “1” key. You can also call your voicemail from a different phone by calling your own number and tapping the pound key. How do you listen to voicemail on this phone? Turn on your phone and open the Phone app. Call your voicemail system. Enter your voicemail system passcode. Tap the key that allows you to check messages. Listen to each message and tap the corresponding key to replay it, delete it, or save it. How do I get my voice messages from this phone?

3. Click on your phone, then “Scan,” if you’re prompted to confirm what type of data to scan select “Voicemails.”
At OpenPhone, we used Fiverr and definitely recommend this service. It was quick, affordable, and got the job done. For our project, it took over 36 hours of work between submitting the script and getting the final result. The cost was roughly $115 for the final project.
Head over to Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → Ensure the toggle is set to off.
Many messaging apps now offer the ability to send voice messages to contacts without having to make a phone call in the first place. Using this method, you're bypassing a phone call and voicemail entirely, but it serves the same purpose.
Alternatively, you could try disabling call forwarding, though your particular carrier or phone model may not allow it:
