Listen to each voicemail message fully. Everything you listen to will be recorded. If the date and time or voicemail information is important to you, please follow the voicemail prompts to play the date and time before or after a voicemail message. Make sure to save each voicemail as you move through your voicemail box. When you have verified that Voicemails Forever has recorded the voicemails successfully then you may delete the voicemails from your carrier voicemail box.
The easiest way to listen to your voicemail is to call your mailbox. Either dial your mobile number from your phone or use quick-dial access:

As you practice and score your sales voicemails, you’ll start to determine some best practices. Write these down, and use them as an outline for future calls. Here are a few of my best practices.
Open the file you want to store.Tap Select, the file name and then Organize, which looks like a little folder.Under “On My [Device name],” choose a folder or tap the icon of a folder with a plus sign to create a new one.Tap Copy and you’re done.
Honestly this is just common sense if you stop thinking about yourself for a second and instead consider what it is like when you call someone expecting to talk to a person, and instead get put through to a machine. Recording the message yourself doesn’t mean it can’t be done professionally. You can still get studio time with an experienced audio engineer. Studio time can cost $60-$100 per hour, which may or may not come with an engineer. If you need to hire one, their rates are usually $100-$300 an hour. Mind you, their feedback, professional experience, and editing capabilities are typically well worth the extra expense.
You can also upload an unavailable greeting using the OnSIP app. After logging in, click on the Voicemail Settings gear icon at the far right. Make sure that the Custom Greeting is toggled to "on." You will then see an option to upload a .wav file of your choice. This recording will serve as your unavailable message.

Choose a greeting—Default or Custom; if you choose Custom, you can record a new greeting.
Here’s the thing: no matter how perfectly-crafted your sales voicemail is, plenty of people are still going to ignore it or stop listening midway through. That’s actually okay, though. We already know that other types of messaging, like emails, get a higher response rate. But where voice messages win is in quality – when you do get a response, that means the person has a very high level of interest.
Give them a reason to call you back. In both voicemail messages, did you noticed how I mentioned new information they might be interested in? That will grab their attention more than simply introducing yourself, thanking them and asking them to give you a call if they have any questions. Come from a place of helpfulness by giving them something to look forward to and that will solve a problem.
