If you’re making several calls, make sure you document your messages so you can be on top of it immediately if/when your call is returned. Nothing worse (or more stupid) than getting a returned call and having no idea who it’s from.

Personal Greeting. A Personal greeting is a longer individual message recorded by the user and several variations are available depending on the context of the call. The options are a Personal After Hours greeting, a Personal Busy greeting, a Personal Internal greeting, a Personal External greeting. What should you say when leaving a voicemail message? Once the voicemail is done, click the "Stop" button at the bottom part of the tool. You can find the recorded audio by clicking the three parallel bars at the right bottom of the recorder.
