There are high quality picture frames and small, less expensive ones that probably don’t have a lot of memory or ways to protect what’s been recorded. I would start with the manufacturer to see if they have any ideas. If they can’t help, try one of the recording suggestions we made in the post to see if they might be able to help. Even some Walgreens and Walmart have recording services, that preserve recordings, so they might also be able to help.
For example, if the lead is a first time home buyer, you can offer them advice on the general mortgage process in your voicemail. Plus, suggest they call you back to learn more. Make sure they know that you would be happy to answer any questions they may have.

When you call 321 from your mobile, you’ll be asked to type the PIN into your phone and record your name and personal greeting (that’s what people will hear when they call through and can’t get back to you, so make it catchy).Once your greeting has been set, we’d recommend changing your Voicemail PIN to something more personal so you can easily access your Voicemail settings in the future. Get to why you’re calling. Did you have a question you couldn’t find the answer to online? Are you inquiring about future business? Are you weighing your options about a purchase between a few different companies? State it clearly so the recipient of the call knows how to proceed.

A name recording is the most basic way to personalize your voicemail box.
