You can enable/disable Voicemail at any point through Settings in My amaysim, the settings tabs of the amaysim app or by calling ##002# from your mobile.
Your voicemail service is usually controlled by your mobile carrier, therefore, the most reliable way to turn off your voicemail is to ask their support team to disable it:

To create a greater sense of authority, and that you are somebody important, list the name of a person and company who you've worked with before, especially if that person and company is a direct competitor of the person you are calling. Nothing grabs the interest of the person you are calling faster than hearing the name of their main competitor.
For example, when leaving a voicemail you could say, "You can give me a call back at XYZ-1234. I am typically available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. I look forward to hearing from you." This lets your contact know exactly when they can reach you to continue the conversation.

Repeat both at least twice during your voicemail. With regards to your telephone number, pauses in your speech will give your listener a chance to catch up and not miss any details. So, leave "Call me back when you get this," at the door, and try, "Talk to you soon," "Thanks for your time," or a good old-fashioned, "Have a great day."

Reiterate the main point of your message and repeat your name and phone number. This will help the receiver remember your name and message and spares him from having to listen from the beginning to write down your contact information.
