Most of the time this error is caused by the connectivity of your phone to a cellular network or WiFi connection. The easiest way for solving this issue is by turning the Airplane Mode ON. On your main screen of the phone, you can swap down the notification bar and tap on the Airplane Mode option. Once it is ON all the connectivity to your phone will be turned off. You can wait for 30 seconds and then turn it back OFF by using the same method. This option can vary depending on the device you are using. You need the caller to feel like they’re responsible for taking the next step. “Call me back” is too generic (and can come off as a little desperate, too, which is a turn-off), and saying you’ll follow-up with them completely removes any responsibility on their part.
While it is a best practice to end your message with your contact information, that is only valuable when the recipient listens to your message until the end. By stating your name and phone number earlier in the message and repeating it at the end, you’ll be able to pass your information along to those who may not initially hear the message in its entirety.
