To set up your voicemail, press *98 from your home phone or call the retrieval number you received with your welcome letter. Voice prompts will guide you through the rest of the steps.

To change your Standard Voicemail greeting follow the directions below. Enter your password and the press # key. From Shoretel Communicator (You will need to have access to your Shoretel phone to record the message) In the menu bar, click More, then Prefereces. Your phone will turn on and beep.
