Use call answering rules to determine what happens when a caller reaches your voice mail. For example, if you have automatic replies turned on, then you could set up your rule to transfer the caller to a different number. I like to say my phone number very early so the person can hear it again quickly by starting the message over and does not have to listen to your entire message again to hear the number.
