7. Edit your voicemail greeting. Now, press the dial pad key for changing or recording your voicemail greeting. It's 1 in this case.
Change your greeting: Tap Voicemail, then tap Greeting.Change your voicemail password: Go to Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password, then enter the new password. Change the alert for new voicemail: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics or Settings > Sounds.

Generally, voicemail is not the medium to discuss deal logistics. Keep messages short and to the point, and steer clear of deal specifics. Ask relevant questions and you're likelier to get a response.
4. By default, your voicemail will be setup with your carrier's generic greeting.
Go and click the Start button on the recording tool few seconds prior playing your voicemail. When you are done, simply hit Stop to stop the recording.
As in the situation above, a full mailbox can be really frustrating for an employer who is trying to get in touch with you. Please try again later.” This makes you look a little lazy and can frustrate the hiring managers. As soon as you get a new phone, make sure you make it a priority to get your voicemail up and running. Definitely make sure you have it set up before you start sending out job applications. I understand this could slip your mind, but it’s important that you do everything you can to show the hiring manager that you are reliable and reachable.
5. Change mailbox settings and greetings. Access voicemail. From the Main Menu, press 4 for Mailbox Settings. Press 3 for Greetings and follow the prompts. Set up sub-mailboxes.

When you hear the Dial Tone, call into your landline or office voicemail box. The rule of thumb is when you hear the Voicemails Forever dial tone, then follow your phone's instructions to listen to your voicemails remotely. This will vary from carrier to carrier and phone to phone. You may need to call your phone networks customer support for updated instructions.
They should merely pique a prospect’s interest. Save your real pitch for an actual sales call.
Traditional voicemail services once offered this feature, but visual voicemail (with a visual interface that lets you access messages directly) has mostly eliminated that possibility. If your phone does not have visual voicemail, and you have to call an inbox to hear your messages, you may still be able to use this feature.
