Once the voice mails are saved as MP3s using the suggestions in the post, it would be easy to edit them using Camtasia or Movavi or any other editing software. If you don’t have anyone around, a Walgreens or Walmart store might be able to do it for you if they edit video. They might have the capability. A good voicemail greeting is short and professional, lets people know that you’ll get back to them, and invites callers to continue engaging with a call-to-action. You should also show your personality if you’re in an industry or role that allows that. If your industry is more conservative, however, you’ll want to keep humor and personal touches to a minimum. A greeting Your name Your company A simple explanation for missing the call (e.g. you’re away from the phone or are on holiday) A rough estimate of when you’ll get back to the person An alternative person to reach out to (if you’re out of office) An alternative mode of communication (if you prefer email or text) A call-to-action such as “Leave a message” or “Send me an email at [email protected]”
The number you press to delete a voicemail depends on your mobile carrier. To confirm the number, access the voicemail and listen to the automated message.

Obviously, prospects aren't going to listen to an overly long voicemail from a caller whose number they don't recognize, so pushing past 30 seconds ensures the message will get deleted almost immediately. On the other hand, buyers are also unlikely to listen to an overly short message.
If you do leave a message, ask yourself, “Would I return this call?” If you hesitate to say yes, change your message.
