2. Open the dial pad. Tap the dial pad icon near the bottom of the screen to bring up your phone's dial pad.
The first two are voicemails for prospects you haven’t spoken with yet, the next one is for when you’re calling a prospect or client back, and the last example is for when your prospect or client isn’t calling you back at all:

You can also head to Settings → Wi-Fi → and toggle it off. Now try using voicemail.
To set these options via the softphone (desktop app) or the telephone connected to the magicJack device, select the Vmail button then press zero (0) to select one of the above recordings.

You’re leaving a voicemail message for someone, and you mess up. Or maybe you’ve just said, “Dude—Your behavior at lunch was appalling,” and you realize that a more tactful wording might be appropriate.

8. Select a standard greeting, or create a custom one. You will usually be given the choice to either select a standard greeting or record a custom one.
I always end voicemails with my phone number. The reasoning? First, it's his cue to wrap up. It keeps him from rambling and gives the prospect a clear call to action: Call him back.

2. If the trashcan icon is not available, from the top right-hand corner, click on the three-dotted menu, then select “Edit.”
If you want to add another condition to your rule, select Add condition. You can add multiple conditions to a rule but do this judiciously so your rules don't become overly complex.
However, keep in mind that your prospects might be faced with a lot more distractions at the beginning of the day.
