You can enable/disable Voicemail at any point through Settings in My amaysim, the settings tabs of the amaysim app or by calling ##002# from your mobile.
By default beginning April 2017, voicemail transcription is available for all Phone System in Microsoft 365 users. When you receive a voicemail, the message will be transcribed in the body of the voicemail email you receive in your mailbox. If you do not want to have transcription for your messages, ask your admin to disable it for you.
I like to say my phone number very early so the person can hear it again quickly by starting the message over and does not have to listen to your entire message again to hear the number.
