Logging into the system quickly: From your phone dial 5000 and Press the # sign (you don't need to type your extension), and enter your password.
“Good afternoon. You have reached the office of [your name]. I will be out of the office beginning on [date] and will be returning on [date]. Please leave a brief message with your contact information, and I’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as I return on [date]. If this is an emergency or you need to speak with someone before I return, please contact [name of colleague/supervisor], [their job title], at [their phone number].”

5. Use voicemail on a computer. Download messages to a computer. If you're the Primary Account Holder, you can save your messages from your My-T-Mobile account.
When you hear the Dial Tone, call into your landline or office voicemail box. The rule of thumb is when you hear the Voicemails Forever dial tone, then follow your phone's instructions to listen to your voicemails remotely. This will vary from carrier to carrier and phone to phone. You may need to call your phone networks customer support for updated instructions.

Check for outages and troubleshoot problems with your home phone or internet service.
1. Personal Business Voicemail Greetings. Hello! You’ve reached (insert company name.) This is (insert name) in the (insert department.) My apologizes for not being available to take your call, but I’m on the line helping another customer (insert business’s most attractive result or purpose point.)

If after 2 solid phone/voicemail/email attempts (which counts as 6 touches, not including any drip emails or LinkedIn messages/connection requests that they may have gotten in between calls 1 and 2) I’ll leave a 3rd voicemail message (followed by an email, of course) that simply says something along the lines of:

State the purpose of your call. In as few words as possible, state why you’re calling. Is it in regards to an interview appointment? Are you following up on a previous meeting?
Save the highest-rated voicemails. And be honest about which ones you would delete. Those are the ones that need your attention. Separate those elements that need help, and focus on one at a time until perfect voicemails become second nature.
