You don't necessarily need to say “Goodbye” at the end of a voice mail, because you didn't really talk to anyone. Instead, try something like, “Look forward to talking* with you!” How do I make a personal voicemail greeting? Start with a polite “Hello”. Inform the caller of who you are, and apologize for missing the call. End your script by asking the caller to leave a name and contact number with a brief message. Inform the caller that you will get back to them as soon as possible.
To scan messages quickly, Press 7 from the Activity Menu and press one of the following:
1. Enable airplane mode on your phone, so calls are automatically routed to voicemail.
If callers are getting a message saying that your voicemail is full but you have already deleted all of your voicemails on the iPhone and you can see in Settings that voicemails are not taking up any memory- dial *86 from your phone and then press & hold the 1 button.

Try to rehearse your voicemail as if you’re rehearsing for a play! Take a paper and write down all you want to convey in your voicemail. Word it properly, and give enough time to make it coherent and comprehensible. You can also read out what you want to express, as the process helps you in collecting your thoughts and putting them down in words.
You can access listen to your voicemail messages from Microsoft Teams apps or phones, Skype for Business apps or phones, or Outlook apps.
Now before we jump into one possible solution, let’s cover an additional step you may want to add to your repertoire:
So my new Voicemail message would be something like: Hi, this is Milena. Please know I check my Voicemail once per week. You may leave me a message here and I will call you back later in the week or preferably, you can send me an email to [email protected] and I will reply to you asap. Thank you

Phrases like, "Please call me back when you get this," "I'm really looking forward to hearing from you," and "Call me at your earliest convenience," are pushy, aggressive, and borderline desperate.
Unopened: Messages of which you have listened to the headers, but not the message itself.
