Your research should include finding other people in the prospect’s organization. Selecting the right people, such as the prospect’s manager or department head, facilitates the ability to build rapport and adds a sense of urgency when you mention them in the voicemail.

To fix your voicemail not working on your iPhone, another method you can try is changing your voicemail password.
Simply speak into your phone or computer while recording a greeting with your business phone service. If you need to create your own audio file, the voice memo app on your phone should do fine.
It doesn’t have to be that way, though. First of all, leaving a voicemail isn’t that big of a deal. It’s just a message. Less than a minute of you talking, and that’s it. It’s doesn’t call for panic.

Many of these sites offer to write your voicemail script for you, but you’re welcome to write your own. Whatever you decide, there are many options to suit your needs.
Obviously, prospects aren't going to listen to an overly long voicemail from a caller whose number they don't recognize, so pushing past 30 seconds ensures the message will get deleted almost immediately. On the other hand, buyers are also unlikely to listen to an overly short message.
Note: The text messaging notifications feature is only supported in specific regions and for specific mobile service providers. If you don't see your mobile service provider listed, you won't be able to set up text messaging notifications.
Your second voicemail should include information that was missing from your first. For instance, a rep using this technique might leave the following two messages:

While it is a best practice to end your message with your contact information, that is only valuable when the recipient listens to your message until the end. If your voicemail has been set up and you are unable to change your greeting through the 'Voicemail' tab, dial *86 then choose option 4 to change. From a Home screen, tap the Phone app . If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library. Tap Voicemail then tap Greeting (upper-left).
Press # to leave the greeting inactive or follow the voice prompts to activate the greeting.
