“Hello ____. This is _____ again, calling from ______. I ran across some information on a client who made dozens of offers on houses before someone finally accepted one of them. We learned a lot from the experienced and I successfully used the findings to help other homebuyers make bids that were accepted early in the house hunting process. I thought I would share it with you in hopes of saving you time and making it easier for you to purchase the home of your dreams. I’ll email you the information. Give me a call if you would like to review it together. Thank you.”

Start your voicemail with a regular cadence, but get slower and slower the longer you speak. By the time you get to your phone number, you should practically be crawling. It sounds counterintuitive -- but this tactic actually makes prospects likelier to finish listening.
Your voicemail greeting is the message your callers hear when they reach your voicemail. There are two types of voicemail greetings - Busy and No Answer. The Busy greeting is played when you are on another call and do not have call waiting, and the No Answer greeting is played when you do not answer the call.
This scenario piques your prospect's interest by teasing information. But it's only effective when your prospect actually cares about the info. If you say, "Next time we talk, I'd love to tell you more about our latest award for customer satisfaction," they probably (read: definitely) won't care.
