In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting. Tap Record a greeting. Tap Record . Record your greeting and when you’re done, tap Stop . Choose what you want to do with the recording: To listen to the recording, tap Play . To replace the recording, tap Redo. To save the recording, tap Save. Enter a name for the new greeting and tap Save.

When you want to use your original greeting, delete your temporary greeting. To do this: Press the Message Key. Enter your password, followed by the # key. Press 0 for Mailbox Options. Press 4 to record your Temporary greeting. Press 2 to delete your Temporary Greeting. Hang up. Press the Message key. Enter your password, followed by the # key. Press 1 to listen to new messages. Follow the prompts to save, delete, etc.
Rehearse or write down your message before recording it. Remember that old saying “practice makes perfect?” It’s certainly true when it comes to creating an electronic greeting. The more you’ve rehearsed, the easier the message will be to restate. If you don’t have time to practice, writing down the greeting before recording it – and then reading it aloud from the paper – may help you stay focused on the correct wording.
When you call 321 from your mobile, you’ll be asked to type the PIN into your phone and record your name and personal greeting (that’s what people will hear when they call through and can’t get back to you, so make it catchy).Once your greeting has been set, we’d recommend changing your Voicemail PIN to something more personal so you can easily access your Voicemail settings in the future. You can do this through the user options area of 321 (that’s option number 8 on the main menu).Your PIN can be any series of numbers between 4 & 9 digits, provided they are not sequential (e.g. 5678) or aren't a series of repeated numbers (e.g. 111).

Moreover, this method is the most common method that is now being used in recording voicemail, since VoIP services have high demand on the main stream.
Unfortunately, not all phone numbers can be dialed: Slydial doesn't work with landline phones, third-party voicemail services, VoIP numbers, or prepaid mobile phones. If you subscribe to one of the premium plans, you can eliminate the ads on the service and send messages to multiple contacts at once.
The unavailable message is the standard greeting callers hear when they reach your voicemail box. It is the greeting that you can use consistently throughout the work year.
