Assuming you have a strong 1st attempt voicemail message, when on your 2nd attempt should you get voicemail again, simply lead with:
When leaving your voicemail and phone number, do not say, "Please call me back at ..." Nothing sounds more like a salesperson making a cold call then saying, "please call me back at...".
The next morning you realize the mistake you’ve made and pray she hasn’t opened it yet. You search the internet and ask your peers how to delete voicemails from someone else’s voicemail box – but it’s too late.

Your second voicemail should include information that was missing from your first. For instance, a rep using this technique might leave the following two messages:
