12. “Hello, you’ve reached the Customer Support department at [company name]. We are unable to take your call at the moment. We know your time is valuable so instead of placing you on hold, let us call you back! Please leave your name, phone number, the reason for your call, and two different times that are convenient for you to receive a call back from us. “Keep your voicemail messages short, sweet, and snappy," advises Will Craig, Managing Director of LeaseFetcher. "Don’t try and go into the nitty gritty details of the discussion you’d like to have with them—save that for your actual chat. Leave your contact info and reason for calling and I'll get in touch then."

But imagine if you received a sales voicemail at 9 a.m. It might be the most compelling, well-delivered voicemail you've ever heard, but you're probably dealing with several other tasks. You decide to respond to the rep when you have more time. By the time the end of the day rolls around, you've completely forgotten about her.
A good voicemail should be more about the prospect than the salesperson. Especially when cold calling, you want to provide as much value as possible to incentivize your prospect to return your call.
Your voicemail service is usually controlled by your mobile carrier, therefore, the most reliable way to turn off your voicemail is to ask their support team to disable it:
