Call 800-201-4099. A representative will ask you a series of questions to verify your identity, and then will reset your PIN for you.
The trick is to stay on the line even if you’ve already recorded the message. Never make the mistake of hanging up, as you will never be able to save yourself! So what should you do?

If the problem is with your phone, the factory reset has a good chance of solving it. If not, contact your mobile service provider, to carry out some troubleshooting to help resolve the problem from their end.
If wading through voicemail messages isn’t your idea of fun, you may want to steer the people to other ways to reach you. For example, many people leave their cellular numbers. Great in emergencies, but watch out, because many times you are out of range or your cell phone is off, so the caller gets ANOTHER voicemail system.
Through personal experience and research, I’ve been able to identify the most effective script—along with the keys to implementing it—so you generate an incredible response every time.
Remember, you are not trying to cram your entire conversation into the voicemail, but rather, get the person to call you back to have that conversation. Your voicemail should answer the following questions: Who are you? / Where are you from? Why are you calling? How can they get in touch with you?
20. “Hey there! Thanks for calling [company]. We are unable to answer the phone right now but will get back to you right after the holidays. We hope it’s not an emergency, but if so, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at [company email/other support lines] and we’ll get back to you ASAP. Please be sure to leave your name, phone number, and a brief message to let us know the reason for your call. Thank you and have a great day.” Available even during holiday emergencies? Your voicemail greeting is the first introduction to your office — what kind of impression do you want to leave?
To set up your voicemail, press *98, *68, or #55 (varies by location) from your home phone or call the retrieval number you received with your welcome letter. Voice prompts will guide you through the rest of the steps.
If you have a voicemail service set up to cover the times when you’re not able to take phone calls, you may need to know how to delete the voicemail messages.
Don’t confuse voice mail with automatic attendant systems. Automatic attendant, where the computer actually answers the phone, is the single worst business invention ever. Human answers. Human determines if the person you’re calling is in by ringing their phone and monitoring the response. If not in, human returns and says, “Mr. Jones is not in. Would you like me to help you personally, take your message personally or would you like to leave a detailed message on his or her voice mail?” You faint from the shock.
The difference between a cold voicemail and a warm voicemail is research. Research creates a distinction compelling a prospect to return your call over the countless others in their voice mailbox.
Open your Voicemail app.Tap, or tap and hold the message you want to save.In the menu that appears, tap the one that says “save”, “export” or “archive.”Select the storage location in your phone you would like the message to go to, and tap “OK” or “Save.”
