Again, you've referred to a previous pain point, and reminded them of what you both agreed to discuss in your next meeting -- and you've done it all without the dreaded, "I haven't heard from you in a while, I really want to schedule this meeting we talked about." 16. Now before we jump into one possible solution, let’s cover an additional step you may want to add to your repertoire:

2. Select the menu icon, it’s usually the three-dotted icon found towards the top-right hand corner.
Depending on the purpose of your voicemail, these three bullets can take different forms, but if you’re checking these three boxes, you’ll be in good shape.

Explain the purpose of your message directly following the statement of your name and telephone number. This includes any actions you would like the receiver to take.
In the U.K. and most of Europe it is considered good manners to leave a slightly longer answering message as it gives the person time to adjust to the fact that they've been put through to an answering machine, compose a message in their head and then get ready to speak. It also leaves the caller with the impression of someone who is calm, composed, polite and not rushing around like a chicken without a head.
“Hi _________, this is _______ _______ with (your company). You and I haven’t spoken yet, but I’ve been doing some research on your company and I think you’re a great fit for (our networking solutions – your products here). We can provide you with (list of one or two benefits) and I know you’ll be happy if we spend just a couple of minutes discussing how this can help you.

If after 2 solid phone/voicemail/email attempts (which counts as 6 touches, not including any drip emails or LinkedIn messages/connection requests that they may have gotten in between calls 1 and 2) I’ll leave a 3rd voicemail message (followed by an email, of course) that simply says something along the lines of:
